xx How to add material to box panel optimizer

I'm using the cabinet box's, box material panel layout optimizer. When I use "add" the window pops up-I enter a part size, hit add part and close it always show 0 x 0. I must then edit that part with the correct part size.
Then when I use method 1 to show parts layout on a sheet of plywood it comes up a blank page -nothing new added. Just the original parts. what am I doing wrong? I can add parts in all the other categories and it works fine.

I am having the same problem, after entering dimensions ,qty etc. Hit save and close and the dimensions show up as 0 x 0

I've checked into this again and just can't figure why this might be happening.

After you add the part and it shows the 0 x 0 size, can you select the part and edit it's sizes?
