That's really nice. Wouldn't it be great to be able to add beadboard in drawing?

Just a quick question...how did you do the toe kick?

4" toe kick
cut out is 2 1/2" x 4"
then i use 4"x 3/4" toe kick
I left the center box under the cabinet open so the box is the floor vent
then used a drop in floor vent and drilled a screw hole in each end
cut the toe kick so the vent sets in it and put a pocket screw in each end to hold it

So it was one continuous toe kick out of 3/4"?

The reason I ask is because I am used to having a 3/4" toe for each cabinet then covering all the toes in a run of cabinets with a 1/4" toe kick skin.

Yours looked really good so I thought I would find out how it was done. Thanks for the reply.

I do use a toe on each box only it is inside the sides like the bottom and streachers I just left out the toekick backer on the center box for the air flow
then I use 3/4 to skin the front 1 piece
that allows me to 45 the out side corners
I like to return ends also its a much cleaner look
3/4 is a great selling point

you could have not made your toekick strecher as tall just 4 inches and let the air flow come over the top of the strecher and not cut a vent in the front a lot cleaner look still a fine set of cabs.

maybe but then they could not shut off that room when needed
we had to have a vent for this 1
I normaly wood rout through the toe and make it a vent
I dont like to see a joint eather so the joint is covered with the vent
