Printing Contract

I have several computers and 1 scanner. Currently I print and then scan so I can email the contract portion along with images. Is there a way to save it like we are able to do with images?

Install a PDF creator and then select it as the printer for the program to use. when you go to print something it will create a PDF instead.

The in-program help file topic "Emailing drawings to customers" has a link to a free PDF creator.
