First you'll need a flash drive, inserted into your computer. Then open the file you want to transfer and then select "Save as" under the File menu. Navigate to the flash drive, enter a name for the file and then press the Save button.

To open the file on the other computer, insert the flash drive. Then in the program press the Open File button and navigate to the file on your flash drive, select it and press the Open button. If there is a file with the same name it will be overwritten with the file you are opening.
