If I do a revision and save it to another name, it also changes the original job. Instead of having both versions I have two copies of the revised job. The standard "Save As" function on other programs doesn't work this way. Am I doing something wrong?

This program does work differently than others. Any changes to a job are automatically saved to the file.

What you need to do is use the 'Save as' function to make a copy of the original file and then make changes to the copy.

It is setup like this so you won't lose your work in case of a power outage or if the program crashes.
