xx Special Upper with Attached garage
« Thread started on: Jul 27th, 2012, 7:01pm »

Rob, I am trying to create a upper cabinet with an attached appliance garage beneath (Cab 32). As you can see the cabinet is 24 wide 48 tall, The upper part as a middle stile. The kicker is the upper portion needs to be a blind corner. So the upper would have a single door on the left while the lower has two. I have created a tall custom with two openings which fits the bill but I can't figure out how to remove the right hand door and make it a blind. I can make this in two separate cabinets but I want to make it as one! Any suggestions?

Sorry, from your description nothing comes to mind. Maybe if you post a drawing someone might have an idea.

Use 2 separate cabinets instead of one.
Use the blind for the upper and when you do the appliance garage below remove the top rail by setting it to zero. If I read that right.

What Pete suggests is probably the best for getting the drawings to look correct.
