I made hinges on my C&C out of 6061 alum its a pin pivit i came up with each wing weighs 75 lbs so i had to make them nothing on the market that i could find to hold

Nick I did not take any pics of the hinge here is what i did
the long plate mounts top and bottom of the main pannel I made the frames with full 4quarter cherry the plate is 12" x 7/8" x 1/4 with a ear that has a pivot hole in it I put a steal washer between the hinge plates to space them out the wing plates are 3" x 3/4" x 3/8"I used 1/4 bolts and cut the threads off for the pivot and epoxied them into plates these where cut into the bottom and top of the wings Note the slot holes this is how i mounted them first so i had room to adjust the wings then i set the last screws to hand on the wall I cut 3 screw slots in the top frame and the base runs under the frame.
