Ok, the file you sent is rendering fine but it is a different job. Did you say this was happening with all your files or just the other one?

If it helps I can do the renderings and send them back to you.

yeah i just sent you what i had at hand the one with all the base cabs all over the place i used for door sizes only thats why there is cabinets all over the place.the homeowner drew that job on sketch. but the laura job is the one we are using for example . thanks for the offer to render them for me but thankfully that job is done, on to bigger and better things,the other file i sent you ,so you think its something to do with my computer then ? gotta get back to making a door for that laura lady .the last door smiley again thnx for the info and help i need all of it i can get ... 1 man show!
P.S. i also sent you a pic of the same kichen that i showed her and it was just fine .Feb.1,2012

I'm assuming it's something with your computer since the program doesn't have any settings that would cause this.

ok rob no problem ,im very used to stuff breaking around me its common,if i get a new computer is it easy to transfer the program ? i downloaded it from the website when i got it ? sorry if it is a stupid Q

You need to install it (from the website), run it and then press the 'register now' button in the first window that opens. From there you can choose to register it by email or online.

Rob, I don't mean to hijack this thread but can you install on more than One computer without having to reregister with you? I have a home laptop a PC and a field laptop, and would like to install this on all of them. Is this a problem?

It isn't a problem, you are allowed to install the program on up to 3 of your own computers. Each installation need to be registered separately.
