Water Resistant Finishes

I was wondering if any one uses, has used, or can recommend a particular finish that that holds up well in high moisture content areas; sinks and bathroom vanities.

Tony,
I use ML Campbell's Conversion Varnish for all my vanities. My supplier says that is what he recommends, especially in bathrooms where steam and condensation are concerns. I suppose any conversion varnish would work wouldn't have to be ML Campbell. That's my two cents.
