Thanks for the page Rob! Since I asked for it I guess I'll fire off the first project. This job is a rennovation of a home on Lake Minnetonka in Minnesota.
I have drawn the job in CP and will begin building it tomorrow morning. The job will have beadboard doors, a custom hood and a painted finish. I will update the pictures as the project unfolds......
Here are the renderings of the job

You have to upload your photos to a hosting site and then embed the [IMG] code into the post . It sounds a lot more complicated than it really is

1. Get your rendering the way you want it to look
2. Hit the Print Screen button on your keyboard
3. Open Paint, hit Edit,Paste
4. Save as .PNG file, I think the .JPG files look blurry
5. Upload
This works in the PC world but if you are are using something else I am not much help.

Or: 1 Install the latest update 2 Get your rendering the way you want it to look 3 Press the “Save image” button 4 upload image
This will save the image as a jpeg but it won’t be blurry like in MS Paint. Re: Lake Minnetonka Remodel

I usually break up my jobs into 4 or 5 cabinet groups. It cuts down on the confusion associated with largre jobs. I started the job this morning by ripping sheet stock on my table saw using the CP cut bills
Cross cutting on the panel saw
Routing dados on the panel saw with the router head
Line Boring
Rigorous Inspection
Clamping
That's about a far as I got today...stay tuned Re: Lake Minnetonka Remodel

I especially like the "portable, self automated, adjustable, clamping hold down weight". Excellent.

Well here's as far as I got this week. I had a couple of sales calls during the week that cost me some production but all in all it's pretty much on schedule.

Do you paint and/or stain after you assemble?
Some day I hope to be that organized!

It's not as organized as it looks, I cleaned up a little for the pictures
If I were finishing these myself I would definately prefinish the insides before assembly but as it stands this job is being finished on site after installation by the painters.

Well tomorrow is delivery day and after putting in a few long days the job (with the exception of the hood) is ready to go. Sorry about the crappy pics, I only had my cell phone with me today. I will get some better ones during the install.

GREAT JOB!!
Thanks for the updated photos, How did you charge for the hood? and were you able to use the cabinet planner hood for it?? Thanks Nick

Thanks!
No I didn't use CP for the hood, I used AutoCAD to draw it. The GC gave me a liner size and I based everything off of that. I use a flat lineal foot rate for custom hood pricing
