I have several drafts saved with a wall oven in a wall oven cabinet below a counter top. However, none of them show in the 3d rendering, while the refrigerator next to oven does show. However, if I just put a wall oven minus the cabinet on the wall, the oven will show in the rendering. What am I doing wrong?

You probably need to set the "from wall" dimension so it is the same as the depth of the cabinet it is going in.

Thanks. That did it. I didn't realize it's actually a facade and has no depth. I suppose the oven was there, but was hidden by the cabinet back.
Learning more as I go, but sure that I'll be back with more questions.

Similar issue with a microwave in a cabinet in the wall view. The depth of the microwave is 12.875. I have tried every number between 0 to 24 for from wall, no luck. The space just goes blank when I hit save. Yet, it does show up correctly in the 3D with a distance from wall of 0".

Microwaves have a depth setting so generally you don't need to set the 'from wall' for them to show up. You might want to check the wall # for the microwave. It sounds like you may have it set to zero.
