Hi, has anyone had any problems printing labels? I have a epson workforce 500 and the labels do not line up with what is being printed both vertically and horizontally.

Anyone else having problems with printing labels? Mike sent me an email about this and since I'm out of town till the end of the weekend I thought he might try asking here to see if anyone else had this problem and found a solution.

I had him check his monitor's DPI setting but I think his printer may be scaling the labels for some reason.

I finally been able to check on this and am unable to come up with a solution. It works fine for me with both the 30 & 80 label sheets that I have.

I can't imagine they would but maybe they've changed the layout of the labels.

Have you tried with both the 30 & 80 sheets?

I just tried both the 30 and 80 labels on plain paper on a Brother MFC 7480 and worked fine. Usually do a print on plain paper to compare to label sheet for line up. This feature has always worked fine for me as has the rest of the program as my learning curve continues to develop.

Thumbs up Rob, keep up the good work.
