New to program

Hello, I am trying to learn this program. I am trying to draw a lower vanity in a bathroom. It has 2 doors on the left and 2 drawers on the right with a fake slab drawer across the top. I am choosing vanitys and drawers on Right. when the picture comes up for this it has a door on the left side of the double doors i expect to see under the sink. Can anyone help me figure how to make this appear the right way?

It sounds like the "Offset" vanity is what you want to use.
