xx parts adjustment standards list

I do not understand what values I need to enter in this list. I cannot find anything in the help section of the program that deals with this item. Thanks

If you want a particular part to be 1/2" bigger you would enter .5
If you want it to be 1/2" smaller you would enter -.5
