Draw one leg longer for the faceframe on lowers?
Any time I have an exposed end I run the faceframe to the floor to terminate the finished endpanel square so you don't see the end of the toekick.
Any ideas??

Ha..ha I ran into that problem today. I cut the stile to match the cut bill and I should have ran it down to the floor. I usually make a note on the sheet but I forgot to do it for this one D'oh

On the outside stile for the exposed end, set your scribe to 1/2 inch and attach a 1/2 Pre-finished ply that goes all of the way to the floor and covers the rough ply toe kick.

The cut bill won't show the proper stile height by doing that and I think that was what the OP was referring to but I could be wrong.

I am refering to both the stile and the finished end panel being run to the floor.
I'm glad I'm not the only one who misses that on the cut sheet if I don't note it!!

I run my stiles on all ends to the floor as well, I haven't figured it out as well.

Did it again today....... I will have to change the faceframe in the morning but it would be nice if I would have caught it before I had it all sanded and realized I need to fix it

Have you tried to start/end with a filler panel and then use the combined cabinet interface to join the two? That's where you put the L/R stile to zero width and the computer will combine the assembly. Not sure it would work.....maybe just chasing wabbitts.

Good idea but it won't work. The base filler isn't one of the cabinets that can be combined with others. And, one of the conditions for combining bases is that the toe kick height is the same for all cabinets.
That's the bad news, good news is I can change it so it will work. I think.

Done, the Update will let you combine the Base Filler with the other cabinets and let you set the toekick height on them to zero.
I've tested every combination I could think of and the only problem I came across is with sink bases with inset faceframes. Can't fix that one. Also, the toe kick will still be the full width of the combined cabinet, better than too short.
If anyone runs into a problem with this send me the job file so I can see what needs to be fixed.

I'm new to this but I was trying to lay out a TV cabinet. The cabinet was 50 wide the base I need a door on each side with a set of drawers in the middle I couldn't get it to let me put but one style in the middle and I need 2 in order to have the set of drawers

try useing 3 cab insted of just one cab. drawer stack and cab. forget what this feature is called but it works great hope yu understand my rambling! have a great day

The feature Mike is referring to is the "Combined cabinets". What you will want to do is place two plain Base cabinets on a wall with the space between them the same as what you want for the drawer opening width. then place a 2, 3 or 4 drawer base between them and set the left & right stiles to zero. the program will automatically combine the 3 cabinets into one unit.
See the in-program help file topic "Combining cabinets" for a better explaination of the feature and which cabinets it works with.

Regarding the question I ask yesterday about the extra stile I figured it out myself by merging base cabinets. Thanks.
