I just did the update and the 3d still works for me. Maybe try checking "select 3d image" under the file menu to make sure you have an image selected for the 3d to use.

Are you using system files?

Hmm, didn't think about that. Under the Standards menu there is a 3d setup window. There you can change between using program or system files for the 3d. Try that and see if it helps.

tried everything you guys suggested , just noticed something too, not sure if this has anything to do with it but now when i save a file it says cpdat. and before it was just DAT so did i change something unknowingly? the program checks to see if i have the latest update everytime i open it now,i dont use the program all the time and read up on it so that mabey normal. but when i need the program it helps out tremendiously, i started doing nothing but FF cabs and got away from the euro so that helped too, to get it to do the euro cabs was a pain tricking it to do everything i needed it to do.it worked fine after i dialed it in ,anyway im rambling what do i do about the 3d stuff

Not sure if it will help but maybe try posting a screen shot of what it looks like.

Wow, that's a real mess. It looks like it isn't rendering all of the parts. Maybe try sending me the job file. (or is it doing this with all of your jobs?)

To send me a job file:
1) Open the program and press the ‘Open job’ button
2) In the file dialog, right click on the job and select Send to>mail recipient
This will start an email with the file included as an attachment, send it to me.

If it is doing it with all jobs then sending me the file probably won't help.
