I combined four open below cabinets. The print out had the middle rails 1/2" too long. Also; I use the open below to have a transom glass door on the top opening of the cabinet. When you print out the master door size list, all the door parts are printed out. Since the glass doors get coped and sticked differently, you have to pick out the glass door parts. It would be handy to have the type of door printed out along side the master door parts list. I hope this makes sense.

Do you by chance have .25 entered for your face frame tenon length? Or, do you have .5 entered for the middle rail length adjustment?
I just checked and it worked properly for me here. If neither of the above are true please send me the job file so I can see what else it might be.

It would be handy to have the type of door printed out along side the master door parts list. I hope this makes sense.

Yes Rob, I did use a 1/4" tennon length on the faceframes. I will try to send you the file.

after seeing the file it appears the program is adding the face frame tenon length twice.
