How many kitchens?

For those of you who have shops, I was wondering how many kitchens a month/year do you produce, or need to produce, to remain profitable and earn a living.

I only nock 1 out every 6 to 8 weeks but they are all over 16,000 each and I build and finish them my self no help. I just got a guy going to start this week to help me out. that should speed it up to 4 to 6 weeks to complete each one now.

We are about the same as bowdoctor, 1 every 6-8 weeks there is two of us and the one's we do average in the $18,000 - 25,000 range. We also have contractors that we work for and when they build a house we finish all the interior woodwork, doors, windows, staircases and sometimes floors, so one job can last upto 4-5 months. Jason
