Post by Bergstrom on Nov 7th, 2009, 8:04pm

I downloaded the latest upgrade tonight (yeah, I know I need to get a life tongue) When I went to run the file this error popped up, any ideas?

This will look familar to some:

The error you are getting is caused from having the download interrupted before it completed. Unfortunately Windows stubbornly holds on to the corrupt file even if you try to download it again.

You can delete your temporary internet files and try downloading the file again, or you can try using a download manager such as DAP, http://www.speedbit.com/

To delete your temporary internet files:
1. Quit Internet Explorer and quit any instances of Windows Explorer.
2. Click Start, click Control Panel, and then double-click Internet Options.
3. On the General tab, click Delete Files under Temporary Internet Files.
4. In the Delete Files dialog box, click to select the Delete all offline content check box, and then click OK.
5. Click OK.
