Last week my Windows OS crashed and took everything with it. Thankfully, I had backed up the hard disc a while back. Reinstalling Cabinet Planner was easy enough, but without Rob's assist in finding the correct files to retrieve the old drawing documents, and most importantly, the standards data files, I would have lost a couple of years worth of work. Some of the projects are still running. Rob's total knowledge of every nook and cranny of Cabinet Planner saved my cranky butt. He guided me to each location to pick up ALL of the lost drawings and standards.

A hearty "URRAH !!" for Rob.

It is amazing how he does it whether it's upgrading, troubleshooting, etc.! Rob's knowledge, expertise, and abilty to weave through the program is very impressive.

Glad to hear a happy ending! Good lesson for all of us to back-up regularly, especially our data files.
