Sending and saving

From the desk top I go to "open" and right click and choose send to mail receipient. Now when I open on the laptop where do/can I save it so it is now listed in the open folder of Cabinet Planner?
I can look at others properties and see the path, but using browse I cant find that same path.

The default location will be something like this "C:\Users\<user name>\AppData\Roaming\Cabinet Planner"

The AppData folder is set to be hidden by default so you may need to set your system to show hidden files & folders.
