You can do this by using the combined cabinets feature and using 3 plain base cabinets.
Set the 3 cabinets next to each other on a wall and then set one of the adjoining stile widths to zero for each pair. This will cause the program to automatically combine them into one unit.
To get the plain base to be a one drawer unit you need to set the middle or bottom rail width to zero and then set the drawer opening height to the cabinet height minus the top rail, minus the middle or bottom rail, minus the toe kick.
One oddity which I need to fix is if you set the middle rail to zero the program will create the face frame correctly for this type of cabinet but the 3D will not show the drawer fronts. If you set the bottom rail to zero the 3D will show the drawer fronts but the face frame will not be right.
