how do you make a vanity with 3 or 4 drawers on a side and 2 doors on the other side with false drawer front on top

Use 2 base cabinets and adjust the measurements etc.

The program has a Combined Cabinets feature. Basically you just place two or more similar cabinets types next to each other on a wall and set one of the adjoining stiles width to zero. The program will then combine the cabinets into one unit. The help file explains which cabinets it works with and how it works.
