I decided to test the program with a simple 24x30 shop cabinet.
2 sides and a shelf should = 24" but actually equals 24.75"

The default dado setting is set to 3/8"

If you are building cabinets with butt joints, open the General Standards and set the dado depth to zero. For any existing cabinets you'll need to open the editing window for each and change the dado depth for them.

Then things should add up
