Bow Doc do you have any pics of your hinge? Would you mind sharing how you made it?
Thanks,
Nick

Nick I did not take any pics of the hinge
here is what i did

the long plate mounts top and bottom of the main pannel
I made the frames with full 4quarter cherry
the plate is 12" x 7/8" x 1/4 with a ear that has a pivot hole in it
I put a steal washer between the hinge plates to space them out
the wing plates are 3" x 3/4" x 3/8"I used 1/4 bolts and cut the threads off for the pivot and epoxied them into plates these where cut into the bottom and top of the wings
Note the slot holes this is how i mounted them first so i had room to adjust the wings then i set the last screws
to hand on the wall I cut 3 screw slots in the top frame and the base runs under the frame.
