what the hech?

ive been messing with this all day and yet to figure out what the hech does it mean when it tells me only one instance of CP3d can be run at a time , ive closed everything and reopened CP click ojn the job name and hit the 3d button and thats what pops up . please tell me there is an easy fix, or tell me just user error , i really want to use this but its starting to piss me off, im sure its something simple but im to a stopping point now

I understand your frustration but language like this will get you banned from the forum. (message have been modified)
This forum is set up for users to help each other with the program. When it comes to tecnhical issues you are better off contacting me directly. You will get much faster help that way.
For this issue you will need to restart your computer and it should clear itself up. There was probably an error in the 3D section that left an instance of it running in the background.

ok rob i thank you for answering me, and i really didnt think the language was all that harsh but if so my bad , im starting to get use to it a little now and the problem was the file was duplicating on 2 different locations , i think i fixed it but will see, also when emailing a file can you see the 3d view of the plans or just the saved imagies?

Your customers will only be able to see the saved images unless they install the program and you send them the job file. I wouldn't recommend that.
