I've noticed that on a combined cabinet, the shelves print out in the box optimizer. They also show up again in the shelf optimizer. Before the last update, all the shelves showed up in the cabinet box optimizer. It doesn't matter much to me where the shelves show up, one cannot supply a cabinet without shelves, but I thought you'd wanna know!
