Introduction

I build custom cabinets in West Texas. I've been building cabinets, doing trim work, and stair work for 21 years. I pretty well focus now on custom cabinets and furniture. I have been using Cabinet Planner for almost 2 years. I have used cabinet software costing $10,000, $3000 and now this one--this one is more user friendly. It doesn't do all the things some of the others did, but a lot of times that's good. If you've ever built a whole set of drawers that were to long for the cabinets, then you would know. It saves me a lot of time bidding jobs and a whole lot of time figuring material. I build custom cabinet doors and it makes that process a lot easier and accurate also. I have a shop dog and would be interested in knowing who else has a shop dog. My dog is a merle Great Dane named Heide. I operate a one man shop (& one dog). My shop is 25 x 36 and I still need some more tools (even though I don't have room for them).

Hey MJT! I have a shop dog not as big as yours though!!
Buddy is a smooth collie and is quite good at holding down the floor!

Guys, Go to projects, and scroll down the "Lake Minnetonka Project" , Bergstrom has a real little "hugger". Does double duty as a hold down. Post a pic, we love the shop buddies.

I just got done giving this free loader a bath. I think the water was 90% sawdust 10% bubbles when I got done. His name is Winston and he holds the title of "loss prevention specialist" at my shop but "work prevention specialist" would be more appropriate

Thanks for the picture of your dog. I will post some pictures soon as I take some and figure out how to post them.
