Corner fridge cabinet
« Thread started on: Jan 19th, 2011, 8:51pm »
I am having a problem designing my current project! I am somewhat new to cabinet planner and i am wondering if it is possible to put a fridge cabinet in the corner. I have been messin with it for awhile now and tried a few different things, but i just don't see how i can make it happen! If it were up to me, the fridge wouldn't be in the corner, but customer insists Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Ugh, those things are a pain to build and install. You can use a "Tall (1 or 2) Opening Corner" cabinet with the toekick and bottom rail set to zero. Assuming you are doing face frame, you need to make them 50"x50" with 26" deep sides for the countertops to butt into. With 2" rails this will give you about a 30" wide opening.
In order to get the fridge to be place inside it you will need to create an angled wall to place it on, something like this:
