how do I put partitions in a base cabinet

Im trying to desing a Island cabinet it is 60x 30 want to have two partitions one down the center of the with at 15 " and one down the length 12" from the right side. the right side will them have a face frane with a door
the front will have two doors and the back will be open with a shelf
