raised Panel ends
« Thread started on: Nov 20th, 2015, 5:55pm »
I have a cabinet that I want to put a raised panel on. I have it created and it is attached to the cabinet. But it is wider than the standard panel. it should be 15 1/16" wide but comes out 16 1/16" wide. cant find the standards for the panel to see why it is making it an 1" wider.

I figured out what i was doing wrong. 2 things, one is I used depth of tong for tong which is 1/4" when I should have been using 3/8" which is depth of stiles and rail cut. the second is I used full depth of cabinet when should have used what the blank side was measured at. Thanks for taking time to get back. Have a good holiday
