I typically design my cabinets with drop sties on the open ends (face frame to the floor) but I can't find an option for this in the program? Anyway I can make this happen?

You need to use the program's 'combined cabinets' feature for this. Basically just set the stile width to zero for the one(s) you want to go to the floor and then place a 'base filler' in its place, with its toe kick height set to zero. The in-program Help file topic "Combining Cabinets" explains this feature and which cabinets it works with.
