Height of uppers

The width of my upper cabs are: 1@12, 1@22.5, 4@30.
I'm thinking about going to the ceiling with the upper height which is 45. It's a ~100 floor to ceiling.
The face frame material is pine and the box is HD's 1/2birch.
The doors are 1/2 birch trimmed with 1/4 pine band. Should I be concerned with possible warping of the door with the 45 height? Would a 36 height minimize the warp possibility?
My wife is 5-4 and the 45 upper will be impossible, for her, to reach. I'm trying to come up with a good argument to convince her to go with the 36. To her going all the way to the ceiling would look better but I say a nice little shelf on top would be good for knick-knacks.

I don't think anyone wants to get into the middle of a husband/wife argument
Personally, I think 1/2" HD plywood doors of any length will have a chance of warping. Have you bought any and started cutting any parts out yet? If so, how flat does it seem to be?
Worst case scenario, a few warped doors would be cheap to replace if needed.

I would have to agree with Rob on the 1/2" doors. Heck, 3/4" hardwood raised panel doors approx. 42" tall will not be immune to the possibility of warping. All my slab doors are usually made of 3/4" MDF core material to help eliminate the warping issue. I am guessing you are using surface mounted hinges, I know the cup depth of the Blum hinges I use is 13mm which is greater than 1/2". I'm staying neutral on the height issue.
