I want to know if I can see say three elevations at once. I have a jog in the wall that goes back into a cavity, bumps out again and I'd like to see the three walls on one elevation view...is this possible?

No, the only way to see all three at once is in the 3d view.

Or, you could draw it as one wall and just leave an empty space where the jog is.
