Shelf depth
« Thread started on: Nov 2nd, 2009, 6:10pm »
I'm building a European style box with a center partition with adjustable shelves. For some reason the shelf depth is 1" less than the partition and I can't find a way to increase the shelf depth to match the partition depth. What am I doing wrong?

Shelf depth is figured as CD-SEMT-IBD-FFMT-DFSD-BMT Where: CD=cabinet depth SEMT=shelf edge material thickness IBD=inset back depth FFMT=face frame material thickness DFSD=deduct for shelf depth BMT=back material thickness
Usually the easiest way to correct it is with the DFSD in the General Standards. Though, you may want to check any of the other settings to see if they are correct.
