Separate a cabinets with combined face frame stile

I am working on a vanity that goes wall to wall 133" long. 3 banks of drawers and other types of cabinets. All the same depth and height. I can combine all the cabinets into one long cabinet, but for construction and delivery I want to split in into 3 smaller cabinets with only the stiles combined. Can that be done?
