xx saving shop prints

hello rob , i was wondering is there a way to save the info of the file that i"m working on rather than having to print it. i want to send all the shop drawings to a customer but i cant figure out how to get it to do that . and the 3D is'nt saving at all. but i printed those pics off .thanks for your help

never mind i got it figured out , just printed them up and brought them to her
