Below is the download button for Version 5 of Cabinet Planner which has a built-in free trial period of 10 uses. If you decide to purchase the program, you will not need to download it again. The download is about 5Mb, which should only take about 14 minutes with a 56K modem. Please be sure to look through the Online Manual if you are downloading the program for evaluation.
Please note that the settings that are provided with the download may not design your cabinets exactly as you would like to build them. Some experimenting with the various settings will probably be needed. If you are having trouble figuring out how to get something planned correctly, please feel free to contact me. The program has 40+ cabinet types that can be configured in various ways.
During the free trial all features of the program are available except for printing.
If the font appears too small or large, you can open the General Standards and select a different font size. The program will update it imediately so you can see which size works best on your system.
Press the download button above and the Setup file will begin to download.
After the download completes click Run again and follow the instructions. If you receive a Windows security warning, click Run to continue with the installation.
This program requires a screen size of 1024 x 768 or larger in order to function properly
If you are downloading the program for evaluation purposes, click the "Free trial" button when you open the program and it will start your trial period. You should read through the on-line manual before using it so you can get the most out of your trial period. All cabinet job you create during the trial will still be available after you purchase the program.
NOTE:
If you should get a error message saying the downloaded file is corrupt, it is caused from having the download interrupted before it completed. Unfortunately Windows stubbornly holds on to the corrupt file even if you try to download it again.
You can delete your temporary Internet files and try downloading the file again, or you can try using a download manager such as DAP, http://www.speedbit.com/
To delete your temporary Internet files:
1. Quit Internet Explorer and quit any instances of Windows Explorer.
2. Click Start, click Control Panel, and then double-click Internet Options.
3. On the General tab, click Delete Files under Temporary Internet Files.
4. In the Delete Files dialog box, click to select the Delete all offline content check box, and
then click OK.
5. Click OK.
